- Attend promptly to the Tenant enquirers & requirements to avoid or lessen any potential problems e.g. Rent Arrears, Non Payment of Rent or Eviction

- Arrange Periodic Electrical Inspections and Portable or Fixed Appliance Electrical Testing
- Arrange a Professional Inventory Check In and Check Out Report
- Try to obtain whenever possible a forwarding address for Tenant
- Arrange the transfer of Utility Bills for you the Landlord and Tenant

Costs to Landlords for using CMS Home Ltd management service:-
Up to 12% of the monthly rent achieved. As an example " If the monthly rent was £1000 the fee would be £120.(This fee does not include VAT as CMS Home Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.
Tenacy set up fee : One weeks rent or £250 as a minimum. (This fee does not include VAT as CMS Home Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.
