    • At CMS Home our Aim to is to provide a hassle free comprehensive lettings service. FEES TO LANDLORDS FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE. The above service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings arranging an inventory to be carried out, carry out relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks and referencing and agreeing the tenancy agreement. We will arrange getting quotes for repairs and arrange for repairs to be carried out at the property. Routine inspections will be carried out at the property and landlord will be notified of the inspection outcome.We will hold a set of keys for emergency purpose throughout the tenancy period. UPTO 12% of the monthly rent achieved If the monthly rent was £1000 the fee would be £120. Two weeks rent If the monthly rent was £1000 the fee would be £230.00 DEPOSIT PROTECTION As an additional service we can protect the deposit on behalf of Landlords. £50 Costs to Landlords for using CMS Home Ltd management service:- Up to 12% of the monthly rent achieved. As an example " If the monthly rent was £1000 the fee would be £120.(This fee does not include VAT as CMS Home Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. Tenancy set up fee : One weeks rent or £250 as a minimum. (This fee does not include VAT as CMS Home Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.
